- Every accepted paper MUST have at least one author registered at the Regular rate by Oct. 22, 2010 (Early registration due) for presentation and publication in the proceedings.
- If multiple papers are accepted for the same author, one paper SHOULD be registered at the Regular rate, and other papers MAY be registered at the Student rate if the registrant is a student with a valid student ID.
- If more than 3 papers are accepted, only 3 papers are required to be registered.

|
There will be an organized tour for whom wants to experience nature
of Jeju, "Jeju Olle". For pre-registered tour attendees from the
conference, the guided tour is offered at a discounted price, KRW
